I'm assuming you're referring to the eBay seller, Region_free_gamez. I dont think anyone actually buys his sold out CE/LEs. I've checked their feedback history a few times and its all for small value purchases.

yeah thats him, he said he has a better offer but i know its a bluff, up to him if he wants it sold he should take my money
