This first shirt is shown on the first page and was a SDCC 2013/ Gamestop Expo 2013 exclusive. You were able to purchase it at SDCC, but could only be won at Gamestop Expo:






The second shirt was only given away at E3 to anyone who could beat the Mirror Knight, NOT an easy task.






The Lanyards I can't even find any other pictures floating on the internet of them, but were a bonus available to those who could show proof of a preorder at SDCC 2013. I owe a big thanks to a contact for the Lanyards and second shirt. Hope you get to see this.
