yes, the price on eBay is ridiculous,
I bought mine for 15 Euro shipped.
If I'm not mistaken, this same black flag will be a pre order bonus. so might reduce the price sometime.
so might want to wait a bit to save some $. IMO.

nope, I think the CE flag is different, but maybe same as the AC3 CE flag..
the gamescom flag is the same as the pre order bonus of Xtralife
