I'd did when I placed the order. My contact at Titan emailed gave the tracking info when it shipped, I'm not sure if that new shipper sends tracking emails.

Strange, I don't have any confirmation email, and no money have been taken from my credit card.

Ok, after 5 days they decided to process my order! They don't respond to any emails though
