Nintendo Germany has this chest 2 but you have to register the game today. Started at 0:00 of 22.112013 till 29.11.2013. And only the first 1.000 Persons who register the code will get a chest.

I imagine we'll see a ton of these on the Bay over the weekend. With how many were available (seems just about everywhere out there besides US) and the name "Zelda" people will be trying to make some quick holiday cash for sure.
