i just set up an account on gamesonly.at and after i successfully done it it got my country wrong and put im from usa instead of uk.now i have had to mail them to change it because you cant do it youself.

Yes it would refuse lol, but it takes 2 mins to open a new email much easier than messing about

Yes they deliver to the UK, not sure about the language though..thats a question for somebody like ayiu

voice is English, subtitles are either in German or English depending on your console settings.
