I'm raging, but I will just have to wait till after Christmas and see if I can afford to buy a German copy, and just transfer all of the content from mine into the German one, that way all that will still be damaged is the paper description thing (it is torn from the plastic breaking) And then the damaged one (which will now be the German copy) can just be kept in the cupboard or something (that means I will actuall be able to use one of the aprons though I suppose) xx

I had similar from Game when my Bioshock was damaged but they couldn't replace it and just said we can give you a refund which obviously what I didn't want.

Might be worth checking on eBay as some people but these things then take them apart and sell the parts individually?

Also is it worth trying to contact the company that make it and see if they can replace any broken bits?
