No clue as to its actual value, but some things that would determine value for this piece would be:
- is it the gold or the gray cartridge? (Gold worth more)
- is it complete in box with manual/etc? (What condition of box if so?)
- is it sealed? (This will skyrocket the price)
- where is the signature? (Box,manual,game?)

Non-signed good condition opened w/box Zelda 2's go for around $100+ or at least that's what some people have been asking for them (~$350 if sealed NIB). I've actually been looking for this but wouldn't pay over $150 for this personally, but I'm poor so there's that.

Again, can't speak to the signature, but there's always someone out there willing to pay an unreasonable amount for Zelda merchandise, so it's tough to estimate with signed things.
