Either way its gonna be a bitch for you, sending it back to BW or to the manufacturer makes little difference. If I were you I'd keep kicking up a fuss until one or both give you some kind of compensation, a discount/store credit voucher or a partial refund. Don't let 'em get away with wasting your time. Oh and obviously get them to fix it.
I've had a few issues with the BW Store before, damaged lithos to be specific. They normally just refunded or replaced it without me having to return it, but I highly doubt they'd do that for the watch, mores the pity. |
