Hello,

I am so sorry about that! The Navigator watch is under warranty through Meister watches. So any issues with the watches will have to be brought to them directly. You can contact them through the link below:

Please let me know if you have any other questions for me. Thank you and have a lovely day!

Sincerely,

Benita

REALLY?

It's like amazon telling me to contact [Insert videogame developer] for a replacement because the CE came damaged.

I know it's not their fault but the biostore is the only page selling it, it's still in stock why make your life harder

Either way its gonna be a bitch for you, sending it back to BW or to the manufacturer makes little difference. If I were you I'd keep kicking up a fuss until one or both give you some kind of compensation, a discount/store credit voucher or a partial refund. Don't let 'em get away with wasting your time. Oh and obviously get them to fix it.

I've had a few issues with the BW Store before, damaged lithos to be specific. They normally just refunded or replaced it without me having to return it, but I highly doubt they'd do that for the watch, mores the pity.
