Just checked the the spanish item description and it states metal lithograph print. I have to admit it is a beautiful artwork. Hopefully I can get my hands on one without buying the game

Yes it is confirmed here for Spain by GAME, and the artwork is made by Azpiri.

I was actually referring to the Group Buy existing or not. I found that same site and would not mind buying another copy if I had to. So if anyone from Spain could help a Souls addict out, that would be great.
