I have someone in the US who can help me get this.

Just wondering if someone can answer this for me:

I am in the UK, if I register an account on the NA Square Enix site and pay by PayPal, will this be allowed and set the shipping address to my friend in the US?

If not, then it sounds like he would need to create an account and pay on my behalf.

Yeap, just make sure you check the box where it says - Shipping address is different than billing
