You should check the sites from time to time because sometimes they let you pre-order because someone has pulled out.

Apparently these guys have them available for pre-order still though I've had trouble registering with them.

They ship outside Poland, but you need to ask them about cost confirmation prior to shipment (they use DHL, so the cost might be higher). The only rule is that the ordering address must an address of a company, not private person - some kind of agreement with DHL.
