What makes you think that? Almost every previous UK Konami game for the PSP and PS3 has come unsealed, and sealed Konami games for the PS1 and PS2 are exceptionally rare to come by in the UK as well, even on release day!

I have had to return countless PSP and PS3 Konami releases in recent years due to the fact that Konami just don't seal their PlayStation branded products here in the UK for some strange reason. Europe it is more common practice, but here in the UK it is almost impossible to get hold of a factory sealed Konami game for a PlayStation console. Just ask anyone who works in a video game store and they will tell you they come unsealed straight from the factory

Although being a CE, I am hoping that this will be a different matter...

Gemini, this practice of "not sealing" playstation titles happens a lot in the US. In fact, almost every single special or collector's edition release I've bought here (Eastern North America) has been either completely unsealed, half sealed or poorly sealed. 360 titles on the other hand are always sealed with great care. I think the problem in regards to Sony game products not being sealed belongs to Sony (and it's various divisions respectively to different degrees: SCEA, SCEE...). That's my experience.
