Disappointed to see that GAME are selling this "pre-order bonus" in-store already. I just hope it's not gonna turn up at half-price in a week or two.

Last FF pre-order was a seperate steelie that was literally for pre-order only.

This one is suposed to be the same...but too much lees quantity couse is only exclusive IMO.

BTW, how can game UK Sol? this, If UK is the only place that the game comes includes the steel like Gezereths said??? :sctrach:

I'm a little confused...what price are they selling this for?

Full price at the moment 39.99. We'll see if the price drops in the next few weeks.

The Limited Edition Steelbook, which formed the pre-order bonus, is being sold for ?42.99 in-store which is 3 quid more than i paid for the pre-order.

I certainly wouldn't have bothered to pre-order it online if i knew it was going to be generally on sale because the price of steelbooks always comes down.

I couldn't get the collector's ED for the game .. because of the problem of SE store.

But at least I want to get the Steelbook UK ver .. I don't mind getting the USA ver too

I hope the price will drop soon.

Just discovered that you can buy it as a limited edition online for 39.99 so it was a waste of time pre-ordering . . . .again !!

Anyone selling these standalone? Like what Amazon did a while back for FFXIII-2.

These were bona-fide pre-order bonuses in the UK unlike the current one. The steelie came seperate from the game. Don't know if this was the case in US but it would certainly mean that a lot would be sold sererately and the seller could retain the game if he/she wished.

Personally, I like this arrangement because if you don't like the game you have a cheap steelbook. In a few cases, very kind shop assistants who know me have actually given me a free steelbook that came seperate from the game. And you can't beat free . . .
