Figure is ok...but they don't understand, that an exclusive figure is not only the figure...the Box too...is the whole pack what makes it exclusive...

I can understand some cosmetic wear in a box...and possibly some damaged corners...

But I cannot asume that it arrived with two bullet holes on the bottom of the box, and what is more important, where the figure box comes numbered...

I think sending a flat box for a replacement is not asking too much...but for them it looks it is...

After paying the figure, big custom fees and receive this...will never happen again.

Won't buy an exclusive directly from them never again.

And of course...tell me to give 20 bucks of discount in my next purchase for apologising is a damn joke knowing the price of the figures...

Will wait to some European retailer to sell the normal edition.
