Here's what I received.... Have no words to explain it...
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() It's totally ridiculous...and I wrote them for a Exchange, Or at least Send me a Box to replace my figure Box, and they say that they make sure to protect their stuff with good quality boxes....but nothing else... Good quality???? It has two bullets home on botton!!!!! But they have been very kind...they offered me 20 bucks for my next purchase for the apologise!!! ![]() So, gamingheads Dragonborn arrived totally mint just putting four little polyspam corners inside the Box so the figure Box has it's own space, and it was the double size than this one!!! These Bast#@$* send it with two tiny and thin cardboards...is ir protection for an overseas shipment???? I feel like they have see me as an asshole... Oh man, yeah thats pretty fucked up, i feel with you! the boxes from the statues is also important for me!
the box from my Sideshow Arthas statue was protected very good, 2 brown shippers with some corner protection and than the color box, but my other Sideshow statue has only one brown shipper and than the color box, without any corner protection =( So is at least the Drake Statue without damage? how does he looks, do you like him? i just pre ordered him when i saw the first unboxing of it, looks really awesome! oh and yeah, the SideShow customer service pretty sucks, i already had 2 problems and no help from the customer service! |

Figure is ok...but they don't understand, that an exclusive figure is not only the figure...the Box too...is the whole pack what makes it exclusive...
I can understand some cosmetic wear in a box...and possibly some damaged corners... But I cannot asume that it arrived with two bullet holes on the bottom of the box, and what is more important, where the figure box comes numbered... I think sending a flat box for a replacement is not asking too much...but for them it looks it is... After paying the figure, big custom fees and receive this...will never happen again. Won't buy an exclusive directly from them never again. And of course...tell me to give 20 bucks of discount in my next purchase for apologising is a damn joke knowing the price of the figures... As an 'International' buyer, I have come to terms that I won't be able to get all my packages in perfect condition. There's been far too many cases and a fair number of online sites have very bad customer service that it's just not worth the trouble to get a replacement. (Which also might come in damaged).
Don't let me discourage you though. Go all out for a replacement. Sideshow pieces should come in perfectly mint, including the box which is part of the entire package. Try again and keep pestering. They have, in my experience, upped their compensation even though they claim that's the best they could offer. I do feel that a lot of companies should put in more effort into their packaging though, especially for the prices that we are paying. Oh and do post pics of the Statue too! |

Yeah bud, for that reason mentioned Dragonborn exclusive from Gamingheads...with just four pieces on the corners the Box arrived totally mint, and it's double sized than Nathan one...
But I have gave them all the options...Send me a new flatted box to replace it, a replacement, and they say no to everything!!! The only thing I can do is a refund...of course paying by my side the cost... And after paying the figure, hugeee custom fees...all options sucks for me... Don't know how to explain them and make them see that the Box is a very important piece of the edition... They do not understand Jengo... Yea I know what you mean..
Customs and Shipping kills us.. I had a small chip on my Scorpion Statue bought from Sideshow. They couldnt do a replacement because they didn't have spares left. After paying for shipping and customs and then having to ship back, I thought about it... 1) Should I return it after spending all of that and have nothing to show for it or 2) Get a partial refund and at least have the Statue. I decided to go with the 2nd option |

The problem is that figure is Ok, so only the box is damaged... They say that boxes they use for shipment re strong enought to protect the edition...(f#$* off)... They are not protected with nothing... If they think a "strong" Box is enough to protect an edition, it proves an absolutely ridiculous idea of what They are selling, and his value...
So I have no partial refund...just 20 ridiculous bucks for compensation in my next purchase... So... Totally bs basically... |

That's absolutely disgraceful, guess you saved me some money as I was looking at some of their items and was thinking of ordering but after seeing this i'm not going anywhere near them, especially at the price i'd be paying and for them to show no interest in repairing the situation other than a $20 off next order (which is absolutely hilarious they'd think you'd order again after that).
I'd pester them and bring to light the fact you wont be ordering anything else so you don't need the 20$ and you want a partial refund as you received your good damaged and not as advertised. |
