No, that's just worded weird and I don't know why. All new art is shipped from the office in this manner, whether it's going to a domestic or international address. I think it's maybe calling out the basically defunct international store, which isn't having art handled by us because we're not in Europe. But new art isn't going into that store, so the wording is just confusing....
