Looking at it, the figurine seems to be from Banpresto. These guys know how to do their figures.
No doubt that there's going to be a price drop. The game's not AAA. Heck, it's virtually unknown to casual gamers. EDIT: Apparently, there's only going to be 10,000 copies across Europe and PAL regions of Asia if you consider this link.
