Contact store support. If you haven't ordered from them before or have a new card this can happen. They may need to approve you somehow from their side.

This happened with me with one of my orders.

I sent them an email and gave my credit card a call, both blamed the other one,

In the end just changed Credit cards and it went through

I have used my debit card and my credit card and on both credit cards I receive the same message!
Have tried to Submit a request via 2K Support stating my problem, but I have not received a reply. I called my credit card provider to see if they were impeding my purchase, but they told me that everything was fine. I really don't know what to do!

I had this issue once before and it was because my card was replaced by the credit card company (the Target thing). 2K Store Support was able to sort it out for me, but I contacted them just like you did. They usually take about 24 hours to reply to me.
