Where is the best place to buy the jap ce without being stopped in the customs services ??

Can't answer that, shouldn't be a problem though. I haven't heard of anybody getting theirs confiscated or anything like that.

I got mine from Nippon-yasan.

Be wary of the shipping. They dropped the price because of the massive shipping price. I tried and it cost almost $100 to ship to Australia
