If you want to get sure you can try ordering it from Amazon.de - It should be the exact same version as it is from Amazon uk. (at least that's the case with 99% of the games which have been released by Namco Bandai)

I tried Amazon.de too, but says the same thing. Lol guess now Europeans dont wanna be friends with 'Murica anymore.

Just wait. This is normal procedure with all new pre-orders. All International orders are blocked until a certain time. I believe it's to ensure "locals" get the first dibs before SUPER LIMITED EDITIONS sell out.

US should be able to pre-order after a while.
