Both editions are still in shops here in Czech Republic.

Resistance 3: Survivor Edition (PS3) (80 USD)
Warhammer 40.000: Space Marine (Collector's Edition) (PC) (50 USD)

If you wish I can buy both editions and send them to US but the shipping costs are 80 USD
