If you order via the site, they charge you 10 days before release. So yes you have to pay in one big chunk.

The art book is released separately and you can buy it via amazon. I think it is like 28.06 right now with prime shipping.

So it won't be included in any edition of the game, unfortunately.

AU got ripped off for PC version. Even in Inquisitor's edition the game is standard instead of the deluxe edition. What's the whole point of buying a $200 CE that does not have content. I WANT MY UNICORN

Gamestop UK charges you 'at time of shipping' I think I'll give this a miss anyway, £130 is a bit rich for me. If it was a Mass Effect uber-edition on the other hand.........

This doesn't look good for Australia, I've tried at 3 different stores, none of which have the preorders working and are only taking customer names. Online orders still work though, so I've managed to get one to convince myself I need.

I like how EA Australia, Bioware, Ebgames AU are all ignoring me when I ask why Australia PC does not have Deluxe Edition content. I might just sell the game when I get it and buy the digital deluxe online for all the content :/ Work out to be cheaper as well.
