Just so I am clear, currently no PC version is being released in Europe for this edition?

Seems to be so, though according to this tweet from Mark Darrah, there might be one announced in future.

I'm kinda surprised that Europe didn't get it, considering AU/NZ did. Normally we get whatever Europe gets.
