Thats usual in germany, i think in whole europe too!?!?

Perhaps interesting to know? If you preorder the game you will get the code for the "The Last of Us Remastered Survivor Pack".
In case you preorder the Steelbook the code will be inside the Steelbook case.
If you order the regular version you will get the code per email.
