Can anyone say how many of them were are produced?
And what is fair value for them?
Normally i think they should not be higher than 150$. Am i right?

yeah, $150 is how much I would value it considering it does include the game.

That said, I expect the value to go up as I estimate only around 200 these were given out seeing how the presentations were very small, invite only, with only a few show times.
