They didn't even ask for photos, they just offered to send a replacement (then figured out they were sold out) then refunded me. They even offered to waive extra shipping costs if I wanted to purchase from a seller on Amazon.

Yeah, the rep should really teach others how to handle these properly, they wrote an extremely detailed message saying that they hope that I continue to shop with Amazon as a valued and important customer, and will not be offended and disappointed by this once off incident.
