I talked with a rep last night and he told me they are not able to issue full refund if I don't return the item, and the partial refund is 20% at most, so I get another $8 back... Better than nothing right?

I guess it's just different for everyone. I ended up getting a 40% refund which I thought was very generous of amazon. Can't complain.

Damn, when I told them someone was getting a full refund, the rep asked me for the order number and account info, which is impossible for me to provide... I used to think 15% is a huge percentage, but now...

Yeah, I think Will's case must have been special seeing how the return shipping back to US Amazon from Australia would have been crazy for a package like that.

I have to post the packaging for my Ghost Edition on Amazon got me to with no issues but if it did they would have done the same for me it's down to your track record I have had one thing wrong in all the years and that was just a Blu ray that was meant to be all regions but it was not Sotheby's geezer just said keep it and gave me back all me coin. the Amazon UK not so much if you do have to send back it has to be registered and give proof of how much it cost to return to get that back to.
