Whoa, I have a lot of Spec Ops merchandise includes brown colored T-Shirt too but I didn't got these shoelaces with it.

I'm not sure is it same with yours if you got the package complete as you said. But there's few different versions of this t-shirt maybe you got it with included another one. 2K giving away much merchandises at events like a E3 or Gamescom. Also I got some 2K merchandise from Tokyo Game Show too

Yeah, I believe it is the brown colored Spec Ops t-shirt. Thought it was pretty awesome of them to send out stuff just for participating in the beta!
