Same here. The URL no longer wrks, so they must have hidden it in order to prevent too many pre-orders, but it still shows up on my order page so those who have ordered it will receive theirs

Maybe it's worth asking a eBay seller in Italy who sells these types of steel books to do a group buy for CE.org members. Anyone interested in this?
