i talked to another chump at square enix customer service about receiving a damaged box collectors edition for KH 2.5HD remix, and in a nutshell, he said more or less.."as long as the game is playable, irrespective of the condition of the steelbook or other items,..there's no need to categorize this has being "damaged"..even though the collector box is all torn up..but again, it's just one random person there speaking out of their ass..i'm sure in the end they will have to do the right thing.

what was the point of calling again? you are supposed to open a ticket, take pictures to email to them, and wait for their resolution response. i already stated that someone knowledgeable over there said we would be "taken care of".

This is getting so ridiculous. They replied my email last week saying they would look into it, until now still NO WORDS from them

Its like they are hoping that we would get tired of this shit and forget bout it.

If they dont reply me in a next few days, I would do whatever I can and get my money back.
