I totally want those statues, but nowhere to put them. May have to go for the Moxxi one at least... some time. Not right now, too much to sort just now with Kickstarter, etc! x

Don't know where else to post this, but I purchased a Butt Stallion and it arrived broken. I have contacted the numbers that I could find and sent multiple emails. I honestly just want an RMA to send it back and get a refund after all the hassle that has been made. I can't seem to get anywhere wib anyone. Please help.

We'll sort you out. Ticket volume has been nutty-nut-nuts since the Fallout 4 announce, so our customer service folks have been buried (and every time you re-send, you get bumped back to the bottom of the queue because it's last-in-last-out, unfortunately)....

We've hired two new full time CS people and are interviewing for more. We've also shifted a few internal people into swinging between their regular jobs and handling tickets. Shit is just out of control still, so it's taking longer than normal to get back to folks because there are just too many requests to get through. Really sorry about the poor response time, but they're honestly working as hard as they possibly can.

If you want to PM me your order number, I can try to get you prioritized, but given the panic-level over there I can't promise they'll be willing to do me any favors right now. Regardless, they'll absolutely make sure your statue is replaced when they are able to respond....

Well. The only thing you'll notice is the price.... Same great statue, simpler box, some re-engineering and a lower price. We're just finally able to get him produced correctly and out the door.

So, it turns out there was a good reason this was in a spoiler tag....

Got off the phone with the factory and there was an issue with the wiring, so he's delayed...again. We're going to push the re-listing so there's less of a gap between when you pay for him and when he shows up.

Let's just pretend I didn't leak that information, yeah? He'll still come back. Just not this week after all.

That's great! But a bummer about the delay. Anyway it's a good thing to keep the wait between pre-order and release to a minimum. A lot of companies just want our deposit cash as fast as possible..
