I'm so glad that I can get a response in this post. Unfortunately, it's about as poor as the service from the website concerning this item.
Anyways, I will attempt to get a response in here again... So, the website now says that this item is no longer a preorder which I now have to assume that these are being released to those who have paid in full (of which I am one of them). The last recorded ship date was the 28th of December, however, it is basically the 31st (minus an hour or two) and I have had no shipping confirmation on my Moxxii statue... This has been nothing short of incredibly disappointing the lack of responses in relation to questions I have asked here and at the website considering full payment had to be made up front and quite a long time ago. For someone who was very excited about seeing a full range of these to collect, my experience has definitely been a s our one and I will think twice before considering any further purchases from here based on this poor experience/service. If Ryan can find the time to respond, it'd be much appreciated. Thanks |

My Moxxi should be delivered today, so they're in stock now for sure. Seems like international service has always been a bit hinky with Treehouse stores.

I'm not sure that this forum is the best place to look for customer service from treehouse.
I really hope you get yours soon, it's a really great statue, worth the wait for me. |
