Got off the phone with the factory and there was an issue with the wiring, so he's delayed...again. We're going to push the re-listing so there's less of a gap between when you pay for him and when he shows up.

I'm so glad that I can get a response in this post. Unfortunately, it's about as poor as the service from the website concerning this item.

Anyways, I will attempt to get a response in here again...

So, the website now says that this item is no longer a preorder which I now have to assume that these are being released to those who have paid in full (of which I am one of them). The last recorded ship date was the 28th of December, however, it is basically the 31st (minus an hour or two) and I have had no shipping confirmation on my Moxxii statue...

This has been nothing short of incredibly disappointing the lack of responses in relation to questions I have asked here and at the website considering full payment had to be made up front and quite a long time ago.

For someone who was very excited about seeing a full range of these to collect, my experience has definitely been a s our one and I will think twice before considering any further purchases from here based on this poor experience/service.

If Ryan can find the time to respond, it'd be much appreciated.

My Moxxi should be delivered today, so they're in stock now for sure. Seems like international service has always been a bit hinky with Treehouse stores.

I have paid for this item in full MONTHS ago and still not yet had a shipping confirmation or delivery yet.

Website says that they are now no longer on pre order... What's going on?

No one on this site affiliated with treehouse has responded to my questions in this thread for months either and I am getting quite annoyed about it.

Would love a response so I know what is going on as the service from this site has been quite poor to date...

I'm not sure that this forum is the best place to look for customer service from treehouse.
I really hope you get yours soon, it's a really great statue, worth the wait for me.

Was going to say the same thing Funky, and nothing personal here, just some info. Ryan does us a HUUUUUUGE favor and service by being a liaison on here for us, notifying us of deals and somewhat "inside" information when he can. He 1) is not even in a customer-service related position as far as I know and 2) even if he was, wouldn't and shouldn't be required and expected to handle such issues from this medium. (a totally non-related 3rd party website forum)

I totally understand your frustration - seems like the whole internet has experienced the same thing since the merge/take-over over there, but I just don't think your words regarding Ryan on here are warranted at all. He's our "hero" (when he can be), not the problem... it's kind of like blaming Batman for all the troubles in Gotham.

Ok, first of all, I am simply commenting on my frustration with the gearbox website which to my understanding is part of the treehouse brand.

Second of all, not once have I said anything bad about Ryan himself, merely at the service provided by the company. The only time I had even mentioned Ryan, was by simply asking if he would be able to find some time to respond...

So no, it's not like blaming Batman for all the problems of Gotham if you had in fact read what I had actually written..

I think your missing the point. I was expressing my frustration with the Treehouse site about this item and if that has come across as being an attack on Ryan then sorry to say, but your mistaken. If Ryan is the only person on this site affiliated with Treehouse, I can see how it may have come across that way but that was and is not my intention.

My venting was as I said, expressing frustration at what I am going through with the Treehouse site so that others who may or may not wish to purchase from it can see the issues that I am having with it.
