Can anybody confirm which "participating retailers" will also have Shenron Black Metalcase or will this be included in the Trunks Tavel Edition?

In Germany the Metalcase is exclusive to Gamestop.de

I would suggest you check back regularly the official Dragon Ball Xenoverse Pre-order page and eventually they'll list participating retailers for the UK.
