Amazon UK was weird about it for me. (If it's the big Initiate edition guide you mean.)
A while back they changed the release date to 28th of October but now I've got a delivery estimate of "Friday, 21 November 2014 - Monday, 24 November 2014" and it's also now showing as Currently Unavailable. (And to add even more confusion, Game say it'll be released on the 28th of November.)

Who knows, maybe there wasn't enough interest to make it a viable product, as in they've got to this point, checked the preorder numbers and realised they wouldn't make much, if anything on doing a run of them.
I mean, I got in fast when it was announced and ordered at £50 which is really pushing it but trying to charge its actual price of £75 for it is way over the top imo, so realistically I don't know how many people would be willing to spend that much on a book, scroll and plastic cup.

Also, maybe it'll just sound stupid and paranoid, but I'm finding it quite bizarre how it's so close to release and yet all we still have officially is the mock-up picture of how it'll look. Even outside official stuff, I think I've only seen a couple of pictures and that was of the plain white prototype chalice.
Now, to me, surely if you're trying to sell a big premium thing, especially as it's one of the first editions like this to be released, you'd want to do at least even a basic level of advertising, not just announcing it two months back then having total radio silence on it.

For once in the AC series it works for me cuz I haven't played AC4 yet, so I'll be able to go from AC3 straight into Rogue and then play AC4 and then U
