I ordered the steelbook edition of the game from uplay, the game was released on the 11th here in the US and my order hasn't been shipped yet...

I emailed them yesterday and haven't got a reply yet

Is anybody else having trouble getting their Unite content?
I got 3 codes for in-game stuff which gave me 4 things - the mission, a spear, trousers (the previous two being the guard pack) and the sabre.

However I don't have the Heavy Pack and when I try to download the comic and soundtrack I get an error that sounds odd (bearing in mind with what the error says that I just got the e-mail today. (Of course, it could possibly be a bug with their countdown timer being at a negative time until it's unlocked but that's just speculation.)):

The comic and soundtrack I don't mind too much since I should be getting a physical soundtrack IIRC (although I'd obviously prefer to have them as I completed the requirements for getting them) but missing out on the weapons pack would bug me even though I probably wouldn't use them because that's then a piece of my content missing.

Seriously? I'm from Portugal and mine was shipped by UPS and it will arrive on Monday 11th :X

Aaand another problem...
The codes from the Arno and Elise figures still don't work, keeps telling me that they aren't valid.

I really hate all the codes with Ubisoft, Black Flag was just as bad, if not worse because some of them wouldn't give items for next gen consoles, which is useful when you only have a next gen version.

EDIT: Bugger this. I have to leave for work in less than an hour and now I have to install an 882.2MB update on day 1.
And the trouble is that I wouldn't bother but then I remembered Black Flag being a pain in the arse where because you don't have the update you can't connect to any online features and so you can't access the shit-ton of codes that you've wasted all the time trying to gather, figure out what you're missing, what'll work and then enter in various bloody places like some kind of damned scavenger hunt.
Next year for a preorder bonus they should give you a spreadsheet of all the different DLCs so you know what redeems where, what's what, why you wouldn't have XYZ, etc.
