GameStop in US still have it, but you have to get the collector's edition strategy guide. The bundle is $209.99

I really appreciate it, but I think shipping would be seriously expensive, not to mention 40 dollar wasted on the strategy guide.

When I add the collector's edition in cart when I ordered mine, there are two items, the collector's edition box for $100, and the premium edition of the game for $69.99. So I guess the game won't be inside the box
