It oringally was available with either the special edition (revolution edotion),Bastille or Notre dame,
The cheapest retailing for £79.99
But many people brought with the intention to resell, so there are not many 'free' sets around

I managed to shift my game for 33 which made my executuiner effectively cost me £47
Was that a good price for a box, 4 shot glasses, frigean cap and bottle opener,
No it was an extortionet price, but so is £400 for a sheet of paper with a picture on it

For 47 I could get a pizza, vodka, lush set and adopt a penguin
