From what I can tell the background of the EU steelbook is white, and the background of the NA one is dark blue/black.

I will pick up the NA CE and the EU nightmare edition. Getting ready to sell more stuff on eBay to get the money

Glad I already pre-ordered the Nightmare Edition. But I will need to buy the "Saw Cleaver’ steel as well.

And the nice slipcase box of the Collector's Edition seems to not be included in the Nightmare Edition...
