EB Games just sent off an email for their level 4 members saying it will be $499 AUD, and to preorder it you must have the Handsome Edition on order, then fill in an online form to enter a ballot for the 175 on each console they will have. The price puts me off completely but if anyone not level 4 is interested I can enter on their behalf.

how the hell are you lvl 4? I got the membership, and buy alot from them...but I got to spend 50.000kr (around 7800 USD) to "level up"...and this is within 1 year!

@alaniata are you a member of eb games in aus?

It's about 9500 ish "carrots"for level 4, but you get bonus points for things like trade in, pre order etc. Still takes a while to build up though.

It seems Eb Games Canada are only putting a small amount per day of their Borderlands Claptrap edition per system because it's still available for preorder (they did the same thing yesterday)

so after work, i went stood outside my local gamestop, contemplating if i should preorder or not. if i do preorder, id have to pay $400 upfront.

which is quite tough right now lol..

i ended up going home... and bought myself an avocado to add to my sandwich for lunch today.

so at least there was an upside to all that...
