You had to order a copy of the Handsome edition, then fill in a form to enter the lotto. It was limited to 175 per console.

That would be illegal in Denmark. A contest can't legally require you to purchase anything, as you would to reach level 4...and to buy a borderlands game.

Well it was first announced to those who met the criteria to potentially have the chance to order it, but i believe it was still open to all who made a preorder and filled out the form.

So when I called them the other day and asked if they had it, he could've been withholding it because I haven't raffled for it? I really hope that isn't the case...

With how incredibly limited the edition was and the number of customers who would have been interested in purchasing it, many people would have been disappointed no matter the avenue we chose to distribute them. I'm sorry you missed out this time.

If you called an Australian store, yes, because it's still open to anyone who preorders and follows the procedure to gain entry. Eb has a history of doing this kind of bad allocations. Ghost editions of Destiny went to Level 4s first, and only were available if no level 4 members on that console had an order ie. If 200 people levels 1-3 ordered before you, and you were the first level 4 to order, YOU were allocated the Ghost Edition, even if you did it the day before it was announced, and they had ordered weeks or months prior. They never even made it onto the website for preorder because they were instantly sold out through in store orders (this is 2am half asleep brainpower so I may be incorrect)
