i read today..that american candy has to only have minimum 10% cocoa to be called chocolate, whereas in Europe..it must contain minimum 20% cocoa to be called chocolate.

If that is true then US chocolate by definition should be sweeter (Cocoa is bitter, the higher the content the more towards "black chocolate" you get and the worst it taste IMO). Milk Chocolate is the only way to go... Cadbury Eggs and Carmellos.
