I think ND store will just ship a replacement if it's really damaged like treehouse always does. But the international shipping will be a headache again...

They do not ask for the damaged item to be returned? Is this based on what they do with Lithographs? I would think far more expensive statues would be different, but might be the same.

I remember some members here said they got their Wolfenstan CE damaged, and treehouse only asked for photos and sent the replacement and let them keep the damaged one

That is is really good service. I wish all companies would take note. Treehouse is what Digital River should aspire to be.
