I'd look at the review if I'm not very interested in the game. But for a game like this (a first party game) I usually don't care about the review.

Very true. This game I bet is very special in atmosphere and lore (hopefully). But the game play sounds like it sucks. The truth is though, that gameplay is some of Sony's best franchises is not that great... they also choose story and atmosphere/cinematics over gameplay (Uncharted/TLOU).
