Anticipated Final Fantasy XIV Heavensward Collectors edition

It isnt on Gamestop, Amazon or Amazon UK. Searched high and low on those sites with nothing to show for it. Had to order from SE online store as that was the only place i could find the Collector's Edition. This means, my pre-order code as well as the expansion code will NOT work for me as my account is not American. But at least i still get the physical items as there is currently no other way to get them. Why am i not more upset about my codes not going to work? Because i am also getting the game on PC digital deluxe. And that would be very difficult to get for the wrong region!

Going to cost a bit considering i am going through a forwarding company in America to be shipped to Australia.

Also the European SE store is broken and has been for over a day now.
