I'm not sure about reselling my collection but you'll never know. I'm not sure if resealing would make the value stay the same. I guess you have a point, why should I pay more for cellophane or in this case, a round tape? Fyi, all GTA V CE aren't sealed with cellophane, they're only sealed with the round tape/sticker.

These are the pictures he sent to me. As you can see, everything is still brand new and the contents are all sealed including the steelbook. Except for the "round tape/sticker".
