The DE CE was actually quite hard to find already when I bought it. Not sure about the figure, it's quite possible that it's the same one.

After following the link you provided, it sounds like it is the same one. Also, I found an auction for one that ended about 1.5 hours ago. Won it for $49.99. New, but not factory wrapped. Have to say that is an awesome price as the figure alone usually sells for $100+. I appreciate your thread for leading to such an awesome purchase.
