I received my Xbox One copy from Amazon.com last night.
I can confirm that the outer box isn't sealed at all... there is a clear circular sticker that looks like it was supposed to seal the lid closed but instead it was just folded over the edge of the box allowing you to open it without breaking anything. I'll need to reinspect the "SteelBook" to determine if it's genuine or not but it is indeed sealed and it feels heavy enough and sounds like it likely contains the game and some additional paper work... I haven't broken the seal to confirm, nor have I dug any deeper into the box than that. The box I received and the way the packing looks is slightly different than what was shown in the various unboxing videos. Does anyone know if it comes with a numbered certificate? and if so where is it located in the box?

Mine seems unsealed, iron pak was not sealed as well but I have the game separate on its own. Will open the rest tonight when I get back

I received mine yesterday. I have to say it does feel a little underwhelming with the $400 price tag but I could only justify it with the idea that they will not release the Cl4p-tp RC outside of this edition. This is also my first XbOne CE purchased so we'll see if it sets a precedence with Gearbox Software.
