WARNING - DO NOT BE SURPRISED IF IT FAILS TO PROCESS BUT STILL CHARGES YOUR CARD.

Update - The reason i mention the above was that i ran into an error attempting to pre-order the Collector's Edition for Heavensward. Here is what happened:

I attempted to pre-order it right on the dot of 1pm and for whatever reason, it gave me an error message.

I tried again just in case and again, it failed and gave me an error message.

For a third time, i entered in all my details for a third attempt, all manual this time. Again, it failed.

To my utter shock and horror, the bloody thing charged my card THREE TIMES, once for each failed attempt. I called customer service and was told that ''not to worry, your money will be refunded to you in 1-2 weeks, apologies for the inconvenience and all''. Suffice to say, i was NOT at all pleased. I was out $150 for 2 weeks and no pre-order. Thanks EB Games Australia, thanks a bloody lot.

Just recently i got an email from someone at customer service and the following is what they said:

Hi mouseno4,

We are aware of some issues experienced with the preorder of the Heavensward Collector’s Edition that you attempted today on our website.

We have some good news – we can guarantee that we have a unit for you, which we will organise to have delivered to your local store for launch day.

For us to organise this we will need you to let us know which EB Games store you would like to collect this item from. Simply reply to this email with your nominated store or contact our Customer Service Team on 133 930 and let them know.

As the deposit for your online order is being refunded to you, we will require a $50 deposit for these orders but information as to how we will organise this will be provided a little later on.

Again, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused, and look forward to getting your awesome Heavensward Collector’s Edition to you.
