Now, maybe this game disc didn't happen, but as collectors we all know how fussy someone can be looking for a BNIB or Mint item, so if somebody can confirm that there is no special disc in any of them, in the word s of claptrap "that would be swell"

All this fuss is just because I'm gonna take one for the team and avoid the temptation of opening this box to be "that guy" that kept one Mint in Box
Pretty sure that video confirms the disc is not a special edition of the disc.

Sorry, as I am pretty sure I'm coming over like a C**T but so are you, so...

No! The unboxing of one item does not confirm that the other 4,999 copies in the world are the same!

Especially when there are many difference between different versions becoming apparent worldwide.

In fact, it suggest to anyone with half a brain cell, that looking into what these differences are by asking people who have opened them might reveal more information.

If you've opened a copy of like to hear from you!

If your an opinionated idiot that thinks that every version is the same, then p*** off because you know anything and your already wrong, lol

You are right, you do come off as a cunt. Especially because I wasn't rude at all.

But you know, just assume the contents of every single package of anything ever created is different from the exact same item. For all we know, two packages of white socks could be completely different! Be that idiotic.

Well, you were rude. You just didn't realise it!

The company that made this is the one advertising a special edition of the disc! Does anyone else not think it's odd that they suddenly decided to not do it and didn't say a word about it!?

If that's fine in all your opinions then they could of made a fortune by just deciding not to put the claptrap in couldn't they!?

Since no-one here seems to be on my side, is there anyone in this forum that's heard of false advertising, or better still that has a version with what the manufacturer of the product said they were going to supply? IE - the collectors edition disc? lol

Please note I'm not angry, the lol's integrated in my posts here are because im finding the responces so far extremely funny. And of course I'm an idiot! I just spent £289.99 on something that didn't come as advertised! But don't worry I already took one back for a full refund! Lmfao

Where was it ever advertised that there was a special edition of the disc? I've looked all over the internet and ever picture and description of the contents shows/says nothing about a special disc.

On this very website for a start...

On the homepage the picture of the claptrap in a box edition shows a different disc.

In the contents description it says steelbook with handsome collection disc (never seen before artwork)

Now whilst that may seem vague in conjunction with the picture it seems to suggest the disc will be different not the steelbook...

But if you don't agree you will find in plain English on the 2K website contents the words "unique game disc artwork"

I'm probably barking up the wrong tree though! I give up!

The artwork refers to the steelbook. The Handsome Collection disc is the game disc. The disc you see is the exact same disc in the video, it just doesn't have the Xbox One header on the disc (or PS4 header). The steelbook has different artwork compared to the regular game case.

The 2K website says "Collectible Steel Case with special artwork not seen on regular packaging. COLLECTIBLE." Once again, this refers to the case, not the disc.

There is no collectible disc. End of story.
